6/7 Fishguts seabassing with the kids
« on: June 07, 2009, 05:45:20 PM »
Today I had the Will S charter out for a little inshore seabassing. Our main goal was to take two youngsters on their very first ocean trip and maybe even catch dinner. We achieve our goal and then some. The kids were catching double headers in no time. Young Drew had the hot hand nailing some very nice keepers up to 19". The only complaints were of sore arms and not having time to eat a sandwich. It was nonstop action with a 5to1 keeper ratio and only a handful of doggies. With a good time had by all we called it a day at 11:30am with nice 30 keepers in the box. Not sure who was smiling more...the kids ,the dads, or myself. Just one of those special days. We will be running a few mixed bag open boat trips this week. Please all or email for more details.

Great job!  Always nice to complain about sore arms and not eating lunch.  Even better to see the youngsters catching.
