Capt.Ron/Fishermen/Tuesdays Bassin
« on: June 09, 2009, 04:18:31 PM »
Only a handfull of customers showed today with the lousy forecast. I myself thought the end of the world was near when we were heading out. Sky got totally black, Thunder and lightning then the rain.....
It did back off as we set up on the Anchor and it actually ended up a nice day. Picked fish in the AM, the keepers were just that and shorts were way short. Not a hot bite, but a pick for a couple hours. Lost the current and had to go searching.

Tried a new area in the afternoon only to find dogfish and 17 to 19 inch bass. Joe longo had a couple short fish and the huge one for the pool! Capt.Ron Sr. gave his usual fishing leasons with a couple keepers and way too many shorts. Will see what tomorrow brings.
Chartered Friday Afternoon and Saturday & Sunday morning this week. Capt.ron
