Here's the recipe;

Fillets of 2 fluke (seperated)
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup thick BBQ sauce

Place fillets in re-sealable freezer bag. Add teriyaki & BBQ sauces. Work them diligently around fillets. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Place on pre heated grill (I placed mine on an oiled piece of aluminum foil & closed). Grill over low to medium heat. Fillets done when flakey. Top with sesame seeds.
