Capt. Ron/Fishermen/Wednesdays Flukin!
« on: August 05, 2009, 05:33:52 PM »
Another good day on the Fluke Front!
Morning started out with a slow pick on shorts and keepers, could have hung in there all day but decided to look elsewhere. Fished the channels the rest of the day. Current got to the point where it was way too strong, but a pretty good South wind came up and slowed us down...this will probably be the only time you ever hear me say a South wind was a good thing!!!
Several quality fish once again, including another 6 1/2 pound pool winner. No limits, just good fishing. The 17 and 17 1/2's going back are a joke as I have said before, that could have made the differance between 2 and 3 keepers and Limit fishing....B.S. Capt.ron

Chartered this Friday morning. Bluefishing Friday,Saturday and Sunday afternoon 3:30pm till 9:30pm. The bluefish bite is on!
