Diawa Saltist lever drag reels

Has anybody used this 2 speed reel? I'm thinking about getting one and using braid.

Looks like a nice reel! t^ 

Are you getting it for offshore?  It seems like overkill for fishing inshore around here.

I have one it works well. Haven't caught anything significant on it though.
