8/10 fishing report
« on: August 10, 2009, 05:02:12 PM »
well I think I made the wrong move, I went to the reef and should of stayed in raritain bay?
I caught plenty of fluke just no keepers. I did end upwith 4 keeper sea bass. it was pretty much none stop catching, just all shorts. still a great day on the water and I didn't miss the turn like this poor soul.

Nice job!  Lots of action is never a bad thing.

They should put "Boat Parking" signs up in that area...seems it gets at least 1 person every year :-\.

i saw the boat in the morning on the way out as well.....the problem at that spot is they keep adding sand to the beach and alot of sand get washed up there from storms....the gps is useless at the rip....you can never know how much sand is there at any give time. what i dont understand is why people  just dont use the channel....its only 50 yards from that spot 5hrug
