S.R. Inlet Swells Sat

Being we had the day off we were down by the boat doing some maintenance...

To a ride to look at the Mansquan and Shark River Inlets on the outgoing water... would be rather calm then Some sets of rather impressive walls of water would roll in...

Snapped a few pics of sri...

Thought id share the for those who would like to view... Pics dont really do em justice but pretty cool anyway...

Nice pics Jerry. You are right, does not show the real nastiness of the inlet. I was there on the incoming, which was calmer, and it was a little wild then.

The condition of the inlet is why I canceled my trips for the weekend. Will be at it tomorrow though. Hopefully the swells did not tear the bottom up too much. The ocean itself looked good.  t^
