Of course you realize that the NOAA registry was voted on and finalized before our current President took office.
If you follow the timeline you will see that it was all set in motion and completed during President Bush's tenure. Or, since you seem to like the silly name calling thing, Maybe you would prefer it if I called him President Bush Bush?
