looking for a downrigger
« on: June 14, 2007, 08:12:13 PM »
any1 got 1 laying around they dont use in decent shape that can go for a good price?

thinking i'll mount it to a rodholder mounting plate, so would prefer a swivel base with telescopic pole.

just dont wanna spring big bucks for something i dont know i will like using. right now i'm assuming i will get alot of use out of it, but cant say for sure yet.

Hi Reel,

Do you want manual or electric? I have a Penn (electric) with telescopic arm that has just been serviced that I may be looking to offload?

I also have 2 Cannon manuals that I use a lot.

Thanks,

Capt. Ed
