Blue Fishing Off Monmouth Beach

Started chumming at Shrewsbury Rocks this morning and came up with nothing other than three boats trolling our slick.  Moved off to the Mud Buoy and started catching Blues to about 11 lbs.  Very Clear water by the Mud and several party boats.
