Thanks for the warm welcome.
« on: October 25, 2009, 04:22:06 PM »
I discovered this website through comcast search.  I have been teaching myself crabbing  rgmn and I was looking for appropriate locations inland from the mid to southern part of the Delaware River.  Even though you hail mostly, it seems from the central to northern part of NJ, I wanted to post to say what a nice atmosphere  w00t this site is.  Thank you for the warm welcome.    So the tide should be rising soon and I am wondering whether to do some mending or grab my pot and check out the crabbing conditions.  I have a feeling that I know your thoughts on that one!     Denise

Welcome Aboard Denise,

Watch out leaving crab traps out to long, many a trap has been lost (I am putting it nicely)due to people picking up the wrong trap.  I am sure that some of the guys on here can tell you some stories.

If you have any questions just throw them out there and as far as postiing well you already have that going.

Happy Catching

Paul
