met friend Ken at his house in Sayreville around 4 with my boat,took his vehicle picked up some eels at Freds,back and out of Sayreville around 4:30 and headed straight to the Outer Bridge and drifted eels past dark, also around the piers Perth Amboy,marked a lot of fish,looked like the whole fall run was coming out of the Arthur Kill,but not one hit,worked our way back trying the train bridge,Rt 35 bridge and the parkway bridge,same results,then tried the dry dock area,but out going tide was very fast,drifting at around 2 knots and again nothing,called it a night and came in around 9. after the little bit of success last week at the train bridge with eels thought sure we would get into something on an evening trip.going to try a few more times then wrap it up for the season.
