Duolocks and Spros
« on: June 19, 2007, 09:28:34 PM »
Anyone use doulock snaps to rig up spros or other types of bucktails?  Just figuring it would make it easier to change jigs...does it affect the action of the jigs?

I use this knot MOST of the time.  It allows the lure to move about freely.  I don't know if it really works any better than using a swivel or not, but I figure any little edge is a help.

If I know I am going to be changing lures alot I will use a snap swivel.

I use a duo loc snap for attaching a bucktail sometimes and see no difference in action than when I use a loop type knot.
