 KT. SEAS 19 TO 28 FT...HIGHEST SE. RAIN. VSBY OCCASIONALLY
 LOWERING BELOW 1 NM IN RAIN AND BLOWING SPRAY.

Sounds like the last cruse`were  on swells to 20' +  :P :P :P not good.
