I finally pulled my waders out.  I forgot I had a pair of neoprene Hodgemans that I used once for opening day of trout season last year.  I'm ready to get down now!!!!!  rgmn rgmn  We want our sand back!!

It's been a tough fall for beach erosion with all the NE storms so I've been walking on the beaches. I know the exercise won't kill me. The fish should be back as soon as there is a place to stand and cast  t^

Yes you can...

Surf relates to the waves coming ashore, it does not have to be a beach but anything it hits and rides over.

They just had live video of Manasquan Inlet on TV and someone was out on the wall on the Manasquan side fishing the Inlet. So anything is possible.
There was another who was complaining because they wouldn't let him out on the jetty.  nts nts

just over the border in stroudsburg basically ocean city is as far as i ever go mostly i go to union beach though
