My 2009 Season Closer
« on: December 01, 2009, 08:33:42 PM »
Got out for a few hours this morning for my final try of the 2009 season.
Water was a lake, wind out of the west 10-15, cold and sunny.  Bait was clams and bunker.
Unfortunately all I could muster up was a lonely little skate.  Didn't see any action from anyone else either, on bait or artificials.
Despite the lack of action, it was a nice day to get out and spend some time on the sand.
It was a great fishing year for me.  TT^  Time to work on the '09 recap report.

Like Eddie said don't give up yet Chris, unless you are going to have I think your shoulder worked on.

I would hate to not see you out there calling me up and saying you caught a bigger fish than me...  ;D

But if your not going to be out there all I can say it was a great season and it was made better with you being part of it.  Great season and I am looking for a better one in 2010.

Happy Catching

Great season for you Chris. It took a bit to get started with the catching part, but you finally did get into it strong.  t^  chrz

I'm not "giving up",... just ending it on my terms, we'll call it.
I'm out of state for till Monday.  Wisconsin till Friday night then to Pa. till Sun. night.
Then soon it's shoulder surgery time.  Got a lot of things to do before I'm in a sling for 4 weeks :-\.  So there might not even be a 2010 season for me. I'll just live vicariously through all the reports and fish stories here.
