Finally back out after all the weather... Had Dave, Suzanne (THE STAR ANGLER), Tony Triggs, Joe Jigs Cool hand Al and Jose aboard today for a Day Of Blackfishing
Headed out and it was windy and a very cold day on the ocean but the blackfish didnt seem mind...
Well fellas another day of Lady Angler showing the men how its done!
Got setup and picked at a few keepers and shorts few shifts and it was more of the few more keepers n shorts...
Made a short move and got setup on a real small piece... Took a few minutes but the they started chompin good... Susana showed the guys how to get to a quick limit... Joe Jigs had his limit pretty quick as well... had couple hour period were the were coming up pretty quick... then it went down to a pick with some nice shots at em along with lots of shorts...
Picked and plucked until we had a boat limit around 12:45 and played c&r for a couple hours...
Big congrats to Suzanne Today was her first Blackfish Trip Ever... She had a quick limit and went on to land over 15 Keepers to 5lbs HERSELF!!! ( Only Keeping her legal limit)... Cold didnt seem to bother her at all... Dave Knows who to Bring to Fill up the cooler!!! This Blackfishing is easy!!!
Joe Jigs had another great day with lost track in the Double Digits (Only Keeping His Legal limit) Triggs and Al Put a Nice Limit in the boat... Dave Dragged a few Nices ones out of the rough stuff and Jose had redemption from his last trip putting some quickly putting nice keepers in the boat.
By the time the day was done We caught around 65 Keepers with everyone taking home a legal limit and Nice Bag Of Fillets!!! No real Big Fish For us today Keepers with up to 5lbs.
Pleasure Meeting Dave and Suzanne as well as having the Boys back for another Blackfish Limit!!!
