I was reading the article on the front page about the license for saltwater fishing? is there someplace to register for that? I went to the site where it tells you to register and it doesn't say anything else. Any help?

That does not start until January 1, 2010. As of now, it is a federal registry.

Keep your hat on because we will probably have a state license before long.  :P
