Had a Chance to get out aboard the Normak 3 today with Capts Matty and Morgan!!! Capt Anthony Babara Ann, Broken Bobber, Jt Rounded out our crew.
Capt Matt Steamed off the beach and we got set up in like 80-90 ft... Had a few Bites right away... couple shorts and a keeper each...Then Anthony busted a good one off... He got redemption 20 Minutes later when his rod doubled over he didnt lose this one.
Nice fat 13lber!!! Seen a couple more keepers come up and We got a few more scratchy bites but the few bites we were getting stopped so Matty moved to another piece.
Our Second drop was the best action we had still was a slow scratchy pick but a few more bites and short life here. I got another keeper and a few shorts.
We swung a little and Matty repositioned us and we started getting some bites again. I caught 3 or 4 more keepers and a Bunch of shorts.
Capt Matt Made one last drop but it was slow with only a couple keepers from here before it was time to go home.
Slow Pick But I managed 6 keepers (Only taking home a legal limit). John and Bobber had a few each and Anthony had the Pool fish with his 13lber along with a few others!!! Also Good For 2nd Place In the seasonal so far. Congrats ant
Some guys had a Limit... Think the high hook had 8-10 fish using hermits and whites...Some Guys had a couple and others had none or just shorts.
Nice seeing so many familiar faces i haven't seen in a while!!!
