How long are Gulp baits good for?

Has anyone had some leftovers for years?
Just wondering how long they will keep.

I keep them in those jars and I have them up to two seasons with no problem.

I would like to lose them .......on the fish

I would think once they start to smell.  But how do you tell the difference between a good fish smell and a bad one

i think if they stay moist and retain their usual feel they should be fine...

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but is there an expiration date on them? I don't know myself. I do know that I found an old package that has faded. All that is left is a small imprint of the logo. I'll use them, and see if they are any good.

Worse case, use the bait for catfish. I know a guy who takes rotten chicken liver, wraps it up in pantyhose, and uses that as bait.

As long as the bag is sealed or they are kept in the juice they should be fine.

I picked up  a few of those gulp jars that sell for about $20 this summer. At the end of the season I put all the gulp juice and gulp into one big jar. I know have a variety pack for this summer  I think there as good as long as you keep them in the juice. I have used them and put them back into the jar to try a different style.

Are there different scents or are they all the same so they CAN be mixed together???

Yes everything is mix right now, we had a few guys come on the boat this summer with everything mixed up and it worked for them, thats where I got the idea from. Those gulp jars leak to much

keep them in the Alive container and they will be good for a while

i take a large plactic coffee container and fill it with gulp alive and all the baits mixed together..
