Tackling your Tackle

Okay, everyone is still gearing up for the season. I know I need more terminal tackle. Need to clean and grease a reel among other things. Get new dock line etc; etc; etc;

My question is How many of us are really ready? What else do you need to do or need to get before that first trip? Think about it . post it. 

Hopefully you can help another member out by remembering yourself.

organize my tackle,actually put together what I need for Striper fishing first.off season I go to fishing flea markets and shows and purchase things that I really do need,put them some place and when it comes time I want to use it can't find it,this is one of my great qualities.  Kez

replaced my cleats today also ran some new wires to my navagation lights. opened her up to let her breathe a little fresh air. didn't kick her over though....next week . Dang, it was windy.

just picked up a lure called fish stix by tomorrow tackle. guy who makes them lives in hamilton. Eric from harry's said give it a try. so i bought it....we'll see.

Anyone else heard or have tried these before?
