Well, my son and I got out for the first time this year and did we pick the wrong day... The temp never got out of the 40's, and the fog never lifted. We started off at the rte.9 bridge at beesley point, and we set up for both pirch(blood worms) and stripers(clam). No luck. only saw 1 striper(29 in.) caught. We fished the incoming tide and decided to move after a wawa hogie. We made our way to the longport bridge for the outgoing tide. We caught zip, although there were a few keeper stripers caught(35 in. the biggest) A full day of fishing no catches but had a good time anyway.
