IBSP and the NJBBA Need your Help.

I know that this is the day of our Banquet but if you have some time to spare ao are not going to the banquet and would like to help out keep on reading!!!

HELP, WE NEED VOLUNTEERS

> NJBBA will be doing it's annual dune fence project at Island Beach State
> Park, this Saturday April 10. IBSP was hit bad by the Nor'easter

> fencing has been destroyed. We are looking for 50 or more volunteers,

So if you can help feel free to do so, where else can you get free food and help out a great organization at the same time.

Paul, if I can get my sorry butt out of bed early enough on saturday morning, I am going to come and help out... 

I'll be driving a red Chevy Colorado 4 door if you happen to spot me.. (new for me vehicle to hopefully hit the beach with this year)

Thanks Richard.  I will be out there for the AM meeting and stay for a while not too sure how long.  But, every bit helps.  I will have an NJSWF hat on.

I was thinking about going, till i realized I can't do much. 
But the beach definitely needs a cleanup.  Lots of debris on the sand from the storms.
I'm hoping to get involved later in the year with some of the beach and dune projects.

I believe this work party is to start putting up the snow fences that were lost due to the nor'easters we had over the winter.

If any one is planning on helping out bring a good pair of gloves.  As the wood is not the best grade and splinters will get ya.

Nice meeting you Paul!  Had a great time cruising the beach with you.  Now I definitely got the itch to get my permit!!

There ya go...Once you hit the sand for the first time and get the jitters over with it is not bad as long as you use common scene.

When you do go out give me a call and I can meet you out there and turn it into a fishing trip.

For the first few times start your trip down at A23 and you should be good to go.  When the sand gets a little fluffy like it was on Sunday I was surprised that there were not more people stuck.
