raritan bay / sandy hook bay 04-11-10
« on: April 11, 2010, 07:45:33 PM »
launched out of atlantic highlands today for stripers, a little cool in the morning but warmed up.  the bay was a little choppy but calmed down around 9am.  i hit the trianle first, nothing.  headed back and hit a few more rock piles and lights houses, nothing.  it was my first trip of the season, felt great to get out there.  had a half bushel of clams when i launched, had a half bushel of clams when i came back  hahaha rofla

Nice effort. Did you use any of the clams for chum?
