Met up with Tony & Joe late yesterday afternoon.
The wind was honking when I pulled into the marina at 4:15 pm.
Joe pulled into the marina and we loaded our gear on Tony's Parker.
We pushed off at 5pm knowing we only had a few hrs of the ebb left.
We went over to the NY side but we did not find the bait.
Conditions were not good !
I suggested we go back on the Jersey side and anchor up.
I started the slick of all Slicks and Joe boated a keeper Bass withing minutes.
When Joe boated the 1st keeper he turned to me & Tony and said this is the only fish in the area.
Joe was wrong
He was ready to go back to the dock but we had to many Smelly clams to use.
Bottom line we caught but the conditions were not good !
