I fish the Raritan and use BoatUS, but they're both readily available.
The cure for everything is salt water: sweat, tears, and the sea.

I also have BoatUS but either one is great. Towing insurance is a must have, even with a new boat/motor.  t^

I know that I have towing insurance covered under my boat policy-meaning if I need to call SeaTow or anyone else I pay out of pocket and then get full reimbursement up to $500 at no cost or deductible.  Some of you might be doubling up on towing  5hrug

$500 might turn out to be a drop in the bucket depending on how far you need to be towed or if you're stuck on a sandbar or something.  If you can swing it, I would go with the unlimited.

I have towing insurance under my boat insurance policy but that only covers $50. That is why I have the BoatUS policy.  TT^

A five hundred dollar deductible will get used up pretty quick. I had a soft grounding a couple of years ago (stuck on a sand bar) and the bill that went to Boat US was $990.00 so you may want to get the extra protection.

I have had Boat/US forever. Used them up there off Mount Loretta, Staten Island to Sewaren. After that tow, I still owed $75.00. Had Unlimited ever since
