05-20-2010 Striper Report with pics
« on: May 20, 2010, 09:47:57 PM »
Headed out this afternoon with both of my sons (Sean and Ryan), Danny and Dylan, and Kirk for another livelining expedition. Just when I thought this season's bass fishing couldn't possibly get better - it did. We broke the inlet and found bait right away getting the net on over 100 pieces. Watched the machine and had the right marks and it was on. The 3 boys each reeled in fish pushing the 30# mark with 4 year old Dylan landing a 45" fish with a 23" waist on her. My personal best today pulled the Manley scale down to 38#. In all we caught over 25 bass and released all but one that was gut hooked and wouldn't make it. We headed for the barn with sore arms and happy kids and burned 7 gallons of fuel. God Bless America and God Bless Our Troops.

Excellent job Chris. It's nice when they are that close to the inlet.  TT^
