Our day started with what appeared to be bunker just outside the inlet (and I mean JUST outside the inlet) Unfortunately, that look proved to be snapper to cocktail sized blues.... fine for some but NOT what we were after......read on

Captain Jim made another exececutive decision and LOADED us with LIVIES, enough for a QUADRUPLE CASCADE of LIVEWELLS!!!

Off to an anchored drop hole. Lack of current or tide had some skeptics second guessing, but with FOUR LIVEWELLS FULL OF BUNKER who was to question?!

After coming SLOWLY tight to the hook, and a small amount of chumming, BASS ON!!!

And so the day went on with a slow, but steady pick of BASS, BLUEFISH bite-offs and a whale sighting....can you ask for more?

Very positive bunker sightings from the far north straight to home base give us the confidence to state it AIN'T OVER YET!!
