Manasquan Fluking 6-15
« on: June 16, 2010, 10:16:12 AM »
Trailered the boat down and in the water by 8:30.  Tried out by Dog Beach but the tide was moving and water temp cold.  Motored back toward the canal and conditions improved.  My Dad was dragging bait and I continued to build confidence in buck tailing. We were picking fish until about 45 minutes to high tide and it really turned on.  Unfortunately, no keepers for us.  Most fish were 16 ½ to 17 ½.  Bite died at slack and away we went.  Beautiful day on the water and the boat ran great!

Nice job!  No keeps, but lots of action.  That's a good day.
