Pop's Soul Father's day
« on: June 20, 2010, 07:28:16 PM »
Drew and I pulled out of SR flipped the coin for north or south and headed to the red church. It didn't take long to find some bunker so we snagged 1 and dropped it to the bottom, and put about 10 more in the live well. No takers for the bunker so we headed to the flukin grounds. We kept alive bunker in the water at all times and only had 1 pick up. Flukin seen a lot of action....I thought all those 17inch fish we through back last year were  suppose to be 18 inches this year nosmly  Lot of 17 inch fish again most of the action was with in 40 feet of water to the beach, we had a couple of skates, no robins and no doggies. water temp was around 64 degrees. No fish box to clean but a Fun day for the 2 of us t^ Home by 3.

Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

At least you had some action.  Blame the lack of keepers on the coin flip  ;)
