Had Larry's Charter today Back again for another crack at the Seabass. Keith, Andy, Bob, George, and Bob H rounded out todays Crew.
Headed out to a stiff north wind and by the time we got to the seabass grounds the ocean was a little Cranky but it didnt deter the seabass one bit.
Had Great action from start to finish... First piece n Shifts produced 50 Nice Keepers ... Made a Move and the second Drop was loaded.... Drop n Reel at its Finest...lots of double headers... Nice size quality Keepers up to 3lbs. Didnt take long and the guys filled up the box !!!
Ocean laid Down and we Picked up the anchors... Drifted around Checked a couple spots for life for another day and added the last few fish for a Big Limit and Caught 1/2 dozen short fluke and 1 Keeper.
By Mornings end the guys boxed up 150 Seabass (a 6 Man Limit) along with a few ling and a Keeper Fluke. Released Some Blackfish, Short Fluke and Cod and a Winter Flounder.
As always Larry Brought a great Crew along... Loads Of Fun and chop Bustin!!!
