Fishermen Striped Bass 9/29/10
« on: September 29, 2010, 06:37:39 PM »
Sorry I told some of the regs to stay home today when they called last night. Thought for sure with the ocean the way it's been the past couple days it wouldn't be worth it....WRONG!!
Very nice pick on Stripers and Sea Bass through the incoming tide. Shorts, keepers and Sea Bass up to 4 pounds! We did have a swell but it certainly was fishable. Caught fish on most of the drops we made today with the exception of one.
Looks like the weather is gonna kick us in the butt again with a gale warning for tomorrow and heavy rain. Hopefully it will pass through early and give us a chance at fishing on Friday...let you know tomorrow on that.
Capt.Ron
