Fishermen Tuesday's fishing report...
« on: November 02, 2010, 05:45:20 PM »
To say, "Today was the SHITS!!" Is an understatement....
Fished the clams, 3 different area's on the outgoing, managed one bite that produced one fish!
Talked to the guys jigging who covered everything from out East to the Rocks, NG.
Waited all morning for the change of tide and hopefully, a miracle bite in the afternoon, no such luck.
Tommy Krako "Hammer" caught 2 keeper bass, one on a clam, one on a jig. Had a couple other keepers and a few (very few) blues.
Hung in there as the current started to run late, but the wind against the tide kept us from drifting and covering any ground.
Water temp droped to 53 degrees at the head of the channels, conditions are getting right!
Fish today were 45 miles to the East, and plenty of them. Hopefully, they will be here soon.
This, One day a hero, Next day a bum thing is getting old!!!!!!

Great effort Captain. Things were tuff all over the past several days. Not much of a catch down south either.  :P
