Had Jerry Morris n the big Eagles Van back for another day on the Monger!!! Jake , Charlie, John, Bill, and Jim Rounded out todays crew.
Plan was to hopefully Jig the bass real good early then do some Blackfish... Got out and had bird play all over but it was loads and loads of Big Blues for us... Moved around a few miles but more Blues. The guys put around 30 In da box and already had sore arms and enough blues.
Decided to run offshore and fish some deeper stuff and see what we could come up with...
Decent life on every spot from 120 to 160 ft... Picked at some nice size seabass, Fat Ling and even had a Bunch of cod... Ling were at the deeper and seabass on the shallower stuff. Some Huge perch as well.
Good action n Guys put a Nice mixed bag of bottom dwellers in the cooler.
Headed back and had Bird play on the ride in... mostly more big blues but we were able to box up 3 stripers to top off da cooler!!!
By days end the Guys wound Up with 6 Keeper Cod, 41 Seabass, 51 Ling, 3 Keeper Stripers and a Load of blues!!!
