Headed out for the annual Thanksgiving day blackfish trip... Same crew of friends and customers for last 3 years... Stelly, Uncle Paulie, Scott kearny, Jt, Nate the Mate and Big Don rounded out the turkey day crew.
Decided to stay local since it was a shorter day... we have been fishing way to the north... so we fished the a.c. reef to give us some more time.
Fished 3 Drops and all had life on them... but the fish were pretty picky... some had more shorts, but had some nice keepers of all of them...
Had to work for the fish to finish the crab... lot on non committal bites.
We managed 31 Keeper up to Jt 8llber had another @ 7lbs and a couple of seabass. Had everyone in time for their dinner arrangements!!!
Awesome crew that we were grateful to spend Thanksgiving on the water with!!!
