New Cranking Battery

I looking for replace my battery that cranks my engine.  Can I get a few recommendions. Are the Excides really worth the extra money.

I have used the West MArine Batteries the past 12 years w/o a propblem. But then again I replace the battery every other year.

Not sure if they are worth all the extra money?? I have not had issues with the west Marine or Costco Marine batteries.  You may find some comparisons online.

I run Interstate, 2 cranking batteries. My Boat is a 2001. I take them out every winter put them in the basement put a charge on them half way through the season. Batterey number is 24M-RD! I am on my second set of batteries since when I bought the boat new in 01! I still use 1 of the original batteries in my 14 footer to run the electronics...... ;D

We use/sell Interstate batteries at the shop. I've never had any issues with them. That being said, I believe I have my brother in laws AC Delco's in MY boat. His boat is an 04 an wanted New ones in 08. Just load tested them and there still good.
