Pilot/Capt D. Jr - Bunker, Bass, & Blues 5/6

Had the opportunity to make a quick morning run with Capt D Jr on the L&L out of Keyport.  Launched early alongside the T-Bone running the tandem scout.   Beeline to the bunker making quick bait on the snag 18 pieces in 20 min. The T-Bone having similar success.  Motored out to the middle of the Raritan Bay and dropped hook for a quick 2 hour flurry of action.   The bite dropped out as trollers and a fleet began set up around the area.   Stuck out the tide till slack.  Wrapped it up with 10 Bass and 4 bluefish (the invasion begins!) Kept our limit back at the dock to cleanup, a Tastee bite to eat and cold one.      A good morning... looking for T-Bone to report later.  I'm sure it's all good news

Nice Jeff, it died out there after that time I guess, did not see one boat pulling in a fish from 9:30 on, even after the tide change.
Well I guess I got to get out again soon and wash the skunk off
