Anyone recent reports around Monmouth Beach/Sandy Hook?

Looking to head out tomorrow. Not sure exactly when though. This is what the interactive tide chart said.

High at 12:22, Low at 7, High at 1:12 and low at 7.

I've been reading reports to go out at high tide and fish the outgoing with clams. Not sure what to do. I wanted to go in the morning but I feel like I should trust the reports. Any ideas?

Momouth Beach and surrounding areas are some of the most productive places of the spring run. You are in prime real estate. Fish the wall and along the jetties from MB down to Long Branch....let us know how you do.
