Blues on 5/12 PM on Uncorked
« on: May 13, 2011, 12:37:23 PM »
3 Johns headed to the manasquan inlet with bunker and clams, didnt need them. As soon as we got to the North mouth of the Canal, birds were working and fish were breaking water all around. Threw metal and caught 9 blues, kept 5 released 4. Then worked our way up to the railroad bridge to drift the section before the inlet. dropped some chunked bunker and clams, no hits on 2 or 3 drifts.  Good "official" first fishing trip of the season on the new boat.

PS: I assume you guys all heard about the scallop boat capsizing?
