Another double up on the Wet Dreams today.....first up was the gang from Sussex Bowsmen
onboard for their annual Thomas Elefante Memorial Striper Tourney....set up on the grounds at 06:30 and found a slow start despite good marks...made a shuffle after awhile and had a steady pull of fish to 16 lbs, catching limits,releasing 8 fish and missing well over a dozen fish. Left them chewing. Thank you Danny, Carlos, Mark and Mike...had me laughing all day long!
Next we left dock with Marvin Gordon and company back to where we left off....even better marks than i had in the morning....fish right away that was a short...then Marv is into a nice fish that comes unbuttoned halfway home. UGH...
Made another move...stopping on some marks and boated our first and only keeper of the night....tough fishing tonight for the guys. 56 Degree water temp most of the day.
