Today it was an all star crew of Wilson,Nikki,and Curtis out for an all day wreck trip. Turns out they only really needed a half of day as they just about had their limits by lunch. This morning had just about perfect conditions for beating on the inshore seabass. The morning started out with very good numbers of fish but only so so as far as quality. Once the current picked up a little the bite slowed but the big guys came out to play with most fish 1.75lbs to 3lbs. The ling bite was slower today than the last few trips but the seabass more than made up for it. The guys also boxed some real nice cod to 24". Todays totals for 3 anglers.....75 seabass limit to 3lbs ,10 ling, 3 keeper cod to 24"( 7 short cod released) 1 19" fluke. Today is one of those days that you dream about.....not because of good fishing but because of great conditions and spending a day with a great crew.
