Headed out for another day on the fluke ground... Nicky, Shel, Lauren, Alex Chuck and Judy rounded out the crew.
Started off with no drift at all... bounced around in the deep water the ones we caught were nice mostly keepers but not enough bites or ground covered. Caught 8 keepers from here and some shorts.
Moved inshore and when we got there so did the wind...
Went from nothing to drifting at 1.5knts.
Nonetheless the fish were there... picked away for the rest of the day... loads of shorts but some nice keepers mixed in.
Put a good catch together despite the tough conditons.
High hook was Alex who did a great job with 7 keepers.
By days end the guys and gals boxed up 26 keeper Fluke and 1 Seabass.
Beat in a bad storm not gettin any rain till dockside.
Crew was a blast!
