Tuckerton, NJ summer fishing?

Hey all...thanks for looking!

Wanted some advice as to fishing around Tuckerton, NJ this time of year (mid-late August). I am going to fish from the shore and wanted to know if Graveling Point or the end of Great Bay Blvd. would give me better luck. Going to be in the area with the kids and just wanted to catch something. Thanks for any input!

Crabbing was always good on the first bridge on Great Bay Blvd.

I have not fished down there to much lately but you might want to try the creeks along 7 bridges road as you don't know what will come up this time of year.  Graveling point might tricky just watch out for the tides and crossing the creek.

This time of year is a great time to have some fun with the snappers as they are all over the bay especially back there.  All you need is a small pole a float and a small hook with tiny bits of bait.  Great for helping attract kids to a lifetime of fishing.
