Fluke Ala' Luna Sea

Line up fresh fluke fillets on a sheet of Aluminium foil sprayed with that no stick stuff.

sprinkle: salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, and dried onion chips (very important).

Then add grated cheese and bread crumbs over the top.  After that, spread out pieces of butter over all the fillets.

Now, make a boat like shape with the foil, lifting all 4 sides so all the juices don't come out.

Put on the grill on very low heat until it flakes.

Another fine sounding meal.

I'm gonna have to start keeping some of the fillets for these recipes instead of letting most of them go to the crew.  TT^

this one is very simple, what i did was, use most of the same ingredients that I use for Grilled crabs, which is very popular with the people who tried them.  So I decided to use most of the same things for the fluke and it came better then expected.

Sounds great.  Now all I need to do is catch a keeper fluke.  Grilled crabs sound good to.  Do you cook them the same as the fluke?

I am definitly going to try that. I was never a fan of grilled fish, except for trout, and blue fish. Fluke I usually fry and eat with tartar sauce which in my opinion, maybe not the healthiest but the best tasting way for fluke. Next time I will try the Fluke Ala' Luna Sea and give you my opinion  TT^

Fish On
Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But teach a man how to fish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years.
