Keep an eye on your EZ pass statement

Just a heads up if you tow a trailer. I was overcharged $16.00 last year pulling my RV over the Delaware memorial bridge and took a long time and a lot of phone calls to get a credit. This year I put the EZ pass away and paid cash when I went thru the same toll. I told my wife to go thru the EZ pass lane with the boat. When I get home I was overcharged $12.00 for her car and boat. I am still waiting for that credit. This past weekend I was overcharged $28.00 for both cars and trailers going thru the Delaware water gap. I have towed my RV and boat allover the east coast using EZ pass and this never happened. 

Thinking EZ pass needs a new server or a reboot.

I have had to deal with those people in the past. They say contact Ny and then NY says contact NJ and so on and so on... .I said "how bout you give me a supervisor that can speak English"NOW we are talking....  resolved.

I don't pull a trailer and usually check my statements, but the toll abbreviations give me a headache.

I hate it .I was charge $25.00 for going and not paying!!! WHAT? They sent me a pic and it was a eighteen wheeler  Took one year to clear it up .It was one letter off on the plate

wow crazy, but did yas think it would be any different after all Uncle Sam has his hand greased. This is one time im glad i dont have ez-pass
