Trolled the reach channel today wound up with 11 yelloweyes made for a fun day t^

We Had fish between 3 and a honest 8 lbs they had nothing in there stomachs real clean fish

Nice day capt. those fish will give ya a great fight and some sore arms.

 Just gonna say this....When we catch the blues we cut their throat and let them bleed then sumerge them in ice and saltwater(this draws the oil and blood out)makes the meat whiter, We also refresh the water from time to time.(alot of work but worth it)...
    Then i fillet/skin them drop some butter on tinfoil drop the fillets on, then more butter garlic old bay and a few more spices....enjoy...Try it once, is pretty dam good.

Offshore Madness. I started doing that about a year ago with Bass, Blues, Now I even Bleed Fluke without the soaking part Makes the fish so much better if you get rid of the blood.  Thanks the first  time I did fluke I was looked at kind of funny now they all do it. slt

The soakin part does kinda suck sort of.....but slushie saltwater not only gets more blood out but the oils to.......Makes a big difference..
