Saturday Oct. 8th
« on: October 08, 2011, 09:36:43 PM »
Hooked thr boat up to the truck last night. Got up this morning and loaded the lunch, drinks & bait. Got in the truck to head out to the ramp, started her up, started out of the yard, and the brake pedal went to the floor, and oil burning smoke arose from below. WTF, broken brake line. Not going anywhere. nosmly Well things could always be worse, I'm glad it happened there as opposed to on the road, or on the ramp. Spent the morning making and replacing the line, hooked back up to the trailer, and ready to try again tomorrow. <'((((><
I've spent most of my life fishing, the rest I've just wasted     <'((((><

Wow, certainly lucky it happened where and when it did. Could have been a real disaster.

Did you make it out today? How did you do?
