Ok, let's review.

Have a camera crew on a separate boat film your antics...Go a zillion miles an hour and cross a wake...Loose control of your vessel, fly out of the vessel and hit the water knocking yourself unconscious and remain in the water for ten minutes (minute 1:58 in video).

My question...WHAT THE HELL WAS THE FILM CREW DOING FOR THE TEN MINUTES HE WAS IN THE WATER?!?!?!

Seems like the operator of the vessel wasn't the only one unconscious.  nosmly

They don't.  Professional bass fisherman do to get to spots in a hurry, I can understand that.  But the avg Joe does not need 250-300 HP on a 19 foot bass boat.  It's just asking for trouble.  Hell, he was out of control in the run before he tried to hop the wake.  Can't fix stupid.
The cure for everything is salt water: sweat, tears, and the sea.
