Getting an Avet Raptor

Just put money down for an Avet SX6/4 Raptor. Anyone ever use this reel? I really like it, but thought I'd ask for some feedback. Thanks guys  slt

my goal... catching three world record fish by the time im 20... hmmm only 4 1/4 years to go, better get on that asap

Just checked it out a Raptor at a local store. Nice product but big Dollas.  Good luck TT^

Nice product for bragging rights but way out of my range in affordability.

I personally own and use several of the regular Avet reels from the SX to the MXL and LX. I like them for the fishing that I do which is inshore and/or bottom fishing.The Raptor series gives a stronger drag which makes this reel suitable for  big game fishing. Might be a good reel for jigging bluefins. Good luck with it  ;D
