………..I left after lunch, got on the water around 2:30 and found small bass 20 to 24" all you wanted, they were just slurping on surface every where…..I'm not sure what they where feeding on….but I just about emptied the tackle box trying to find what they wanted…….Hopkins with a yellow tail worked, it was fish after fish……..I watched them swimming under the boat, they just swam by real slow with out a care in the world…..they where like bluefish, they where everywhere….. Like the 1 report said I'll bet I could have just dipped the net in the water and caught fish………...just south of the highlands bridge out in 40 foot of water about midway to the sandy hook reef……
